I am reliable, honest and professional and available 7 days a week 9am to 9pm.

I will always attempt to fix your computer or laptop at your home, but if its something that requires diagnostic testing or dismantling then I may need to return it to my workshop (I do work from home).

I will always give you a receipt and keep you updated as to the progress. Sometimes I may not be able to repair the broken part and will therefore have to order a replacement, if this is the case I will always contact you beforehand to discuss the cost before I go ahead and order it. Please give me a few days for spare parts to arrive.

If I cant fix it I wont charge you and I dont charge for callout fee's.
